    By Registering with the site you agree to these terms and conditions.

    Eligibility
    To be listed on the Media Manpower Register you must be over 18 years of age, be an individual, freelance or otherwise self employed person, or a business, who is interested in film, television, theatre, design or the media in general. This list is not definitive and other categories not listed here may also be included.

    To Register as a Guest you must be over 18 years of age. Your name and details will not be included in the Register.

    Terms of Payment
    To subscribe to Media Manpower you will pay a membership fee according to the membership option you choose. Payment is made via Paypal from any valid paypal account or by Credit Card. In the event of an account withdrawal or termination you will not receive any further account reminder, but your membership will not expire until one year after your membership commenced.
    In such cases you may request that your information is no longer shown on the site. No refunds will be made due to cancellation or termination of your account.
    Prices may be subject to change.

    User Information
    When using this site you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself.  You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the content of the User Information and that all User Information is accurate, including the content of your Profile, any messages and any adverts you submit through Media Manpower.

    User Conduct.
    Media Manpower provides a service aimed at genuine industry professionals. You agree that any information or material you submit or send

    • Does not contain any content that is unlawful, threatening, offensive, harassing, profane, vulgar, obscene, libellous, deceptive, fraudulent invasive of another's privacy, or hateful;
    • Does not contain a virus or other harmful component; and
    • Does not contain false or misleading statements.

    You agree that you will not

    • copy, in whole or in part any of the Information on the Website (including, but not limited to any Information contained in other Members' Profiles)
    • post any junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any similar or fraudulent schemes or any inappropriate form of solicitation; or collection of the responses to any such schemes or solicitation;
    • in any way assign, transfer, part with and/or authorise any other person to use, Your membership;

    Additional Terms for Job Seekers
    We cannot guarantee work, as the jobs rest with the employers and are affected by the state of the industry as a whole. We are unable to verify or provide any assurance relating to the nature or duration of any work or appointment that you may be offered as a result of using the Media Manpower. It remains your sole responsibility to ensure that any work or appointment is acceptable to you.

    Auditions - Please Be Aware…
    Bona fide auditions never charge to attend.
    If you decide to work abroad, contact Equity before you do so. The Union is there to advise performers and protect their interests.
    Don’t pay money up front for anything unless you've weighed up the risks. Even if you pay to sign up with a casting agency, remember that work is never guaranteed and some agencies have few clients.
    Photographs, tapes or show-reels submitted to an advertiser may not be returned - these are your promotional tools and you must expect to provide them.
    Open auditions may be very crowded and you might have to queue and wait for some time.
    Don't go to a non-business address on your own for a meeting or audition. If you must, tell someone where you are going.


    Classified Adverts

    Subscribers may place classified advertisements on this site for goods or services. Media Manpower will not be held liable for any loss or damage, financial or otherwise, incurred by anyone responding to any of these adverts.
    Subscribers must agree that all adverts they place are genuine and do not contain any content that is unlawful, threatening, offensive, harassing, profane, vulgar, obscene, libellous, deceptive, fraudulent invasive of another's privacy, or hateful.

    Media Manpower does not make any representation whatsoever about any job vacancy advertisement which is accessed either on, by virtue of or by way of any links from this website nor about any of the advertisers who appear on the site.
